In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gv77 website accessible at gv77.vip and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, and tools operated under the gv77 brand.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to gv77, the operator of the Platform, operating under an international gaming licence.

gv77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a waiver of gv77's right to subsequently verify eligibility and take action where eligibility requirements are found not to have been met.

You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change, particularly your contact information and payment methods. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delays to withdrawals or Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. gv77 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. gv77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gv77 support immediately via live chat. gv77 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

• Do not access your Account from shared or public devices without logging out fully afterwards.
• Do not store your password in an unsecured location or share it via messaging applications.
• Review your Account transaction history regularly and report any discrepancies to support promptly.
• Enable account notifications for deposits and withdrawals where available in your Account settings.

gv77 will never contact you via email, SMS, or any messaging channel asking you to provide your full password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the gv77 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and Raast / 1LINK. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. • Withdrawals of Real Money Balances are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform.
• Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• gv77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period and are displayed in your Account settings.
• Withdrawals requested outside of standard processing hours may experience additional delay.

gv77 operates a strict policy against money laundering. Depositing funds that are not intended for genuine wagering activity, or using the Platform as a mechanism to move funds between payment methods, is prohibited and may result in Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

gv77 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All such offers are subject to these general terms and any specific promotion terms published alongside each offer.

Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly in the promotion terms for each offer. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement within the stated timeframe will result in Bonus Funds and any derived winnings being removed from your Account.

Bonus Abuse: gv77 monitors bonus usage patterns to identify abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds exclusively on games with low house edge to satisfy wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine play, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, gv77 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the Account.

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus offers are subject to change or withdrawal by gv77 at any time without prior notice.
• Real Money Balances are wagered before Bonus Funds unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits may apply while playing with active Bonus Funds; these are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirement fulfilment; contribution rates are published in each offer's terms.

In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen display and the game server, the server record shall prevail.

2. Opening or using more than one Account on the Platform.
3. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.

gv77's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms — regardless of the basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
